We expect a high level of roleplaying standards while playing here at ACRP, and the following of the rules and guidelines listed within this document to the best of your ability.
Not all rules can be outlined, but you should always approach your roleplay with common sense. The aim should be for all parties involved to have an enjoyable time.
The Mission
Here at Austin City Roleplay, we try to provide the best possible experience we can. The ideal atmosphere we strive for is a friendly, welcoming, calming environment for our respected players. We as a whole stop at nothing to perfect our craft to provide unwavering and unrivalled player experience. Our team's attitude, personalities, capabilities, knowledge, and understanding of the expectations granted upon us are a force to be admired as well as appreciated. The mission is simple and when accomplished leaves a lasting positive memorable experience that no other server can achieve.
Punishments
By joining the server, you confirm that you have carefully read and comprehended all the regulations outlined in this document. The members of our Staff Team reserves the right to issue warnings / comms / kick / or ban you if you are caught in violation of our rules
If a rule is broken, we issue a punishment to the account that the rule violation occurred through, regardless of shared or borrowed accounts; not doing so would defeat the purpose of issuing punishments in the first place. The owner of the account is held responsible at all times.
Purchases
Purchases made to Austin City Roleplay will be used to support and improve the community, including but not limited to hosting costs / development expenses / events and advertisements
We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final and non-refundable.
This policy applies to all virtual items, in-game currency, memberships, or any other digital products offered on our store. Austin City Roleplay reserves the right to amend, modify, or update at any time.
Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version on our websites. Users are encouraged to review our policies regularly to stay informed about any updates.

Personal Vehicles
Ownership & Development Team reserve the right to deny, edit or remove someone's vehicle if it is deemed necessary. This Includes but not limited to:
Abusive Handling
Unrealistic Vehicle [wouldn't be seen everywhere]
Broken / Missing Textures
Offensive Material
Causes Issues within Server
